Accessibility Plan

In compliance with the Accessible Canada Act , Annex Agriculture Inc. is required to develop and publish an Accessibility Plan. Accessibility Plans are intended to help organizations identify, remove, and prevent barriers for people with disabilities.

Feedback from employees, customers, and stakeholders continues to be important to help Annex Agriculture reach its accessibility goals. The Human Resources Specialist at Annex Agriculture is responsible for collecting all feedback.

Submit anonymous feedback

Any feedback that is submitted anonymously will receive an automated response acknowledging that it has been received. If you want to provide anonymous feedback, do not state your name or provide any other identifying information (for example, your email address or phone number) and do not include your return address on the envelope if you send feedback by lettermail.

Requesting a response to feedback

If you ask for a response to your feedback, we respond within 15 business days in the same way you communicate with us.

What we do with your feedback

Annex Agriculture will store a copy of all the feedback received and will use the feedback for progress reports and future accessibility plans for Annex Agriculture.
